1. Introduction
Welcome to Xeditor, a product made by Typera Studio -- Malaysian entity located at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By accessing our website and services at xeditor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Purchases
When you engage in a Purchase through our services, you are required to provide certain information, including your payment details. By providing this information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you have provided. We may utilize third-party services for processing payments, and by making a Purchase, you consent to the sharing of your payment information with these third parties, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 3. Subscription Services

4. Free Trial Period
At Xeditor's discretion, we may offer Subscriptions with a Free Trial period. If you choose to sign up for a Free Trial, you might be required to provide your billing information. You will not be charged by Xeditor until the Free Trial has expired. At the end of the Free Trial, your Subscription will automatically be charged unless you have cancelled it. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the terms of the Free Trial at any time without notice.
5. Changes in Fees
Xeditor may modify the fees for Subscriptions at our sole discretion. Any changes in the Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes in fees, giving you an opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the change becomes effective.
6. Refunds Policy
All purchases of monthly and annual plans are non-refundable. You have the option to cancel your Subscription at any time; however, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.
7. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content that you upload, share, or post using our services. You must ensure that you either own the content or have the necessary permissions to use it. Additionally, your content should not infringe upon the rights of others. While you retain all rights to your content, by posting it, you grant Xeditor a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of our services.
